I received a Versa lite for Christmas. This is the second gift it device I have had.

i love the watch however it doesn’t receive my text notifications from my phone. It does receive call notifications.

i have an iPhone X.

both are updated recently.

i also had this issue with a flex 2, received another one and had the same problem....

very frustrating and would like to return it if this cannot be fixed!

I have.... I had this same issue with a flex2.
I would like to return it..... I purchased it through the Fitbit website.
What steps do I take to return?
