I have had my Versa for about a year, it has stopped tracking my steps properly, I have done all the steps reset ect, stop syncing the my text messages, my battery life is half of what it used to be, not very happy been in contact with customer service, they talked to me once and I haven't heard from them since, I have had 4 other fitbits these Versa is my favorite I just want help or warranty on ot you would think for 200 bucks they would help with something

Sorry to hear that. Here is Fitbit's warranty and return policy, that has some details that may help. I'm assuming from your username that you're based in the US, so be sure to note that section of the warranty text.
