Trying to sync to email, or change and cannot wow so crazy,,,,,, I need to change my email but first of all why can i not keep my original email

Hi @missbarb59 - I’m afraid I don’t understand exactly what you are asking. If you are trying to change the email account that your Fitbit account is connected to, you should contact Customer Support. They can help.
