My versa was working and fully charged then all of sudden it when completely dead, the lights on the back are not flashing where you charge it. Not sure what is wrong with it. I cant do anything on it

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I cant restart it. My Fitbit is completely black and has no power it was fully charged when this happened
