I just got Fitbit versa and it think it is a versa lite. But it is not letting me do anything. It is charged and it keeps saying data not cleared sync and try again. I did buy it used so I don’t know how to fix this.

Hi @Frym1993 does your Versa have a single button on the left, or three buttons. Two on right and one on the left?

@Frym1993 first I would try setting the tracker up.
This step usually clears this error.
Yes it probably is a Versa Lite.
