When I set the days and times I want to track, why can't I set my versa to keep the info? I am a shift worker so, some days I need 700-1900 & others I need 1600-2300. When I change the time I lose the steps logged from the day before.

I'm not sure what your asking @StacyBotting
What do you mean by setting the data and time for the tracker to record?
What exactly are you setting?

@StacyBotting those are active hour step count your asking about.
Unfortunately this seeing is not saved per day but a general seeing.
I'm not sure what you mean by losing steps, which have to do with what the tracker counts and is independent of your account hours.

Ok @StacyBotting so your asking about hours you want monitored for 250 steps. As you found out and confirmed your request is currently not possible.
What I did not understand is what was sent by registered steps no matter what time a user walks the steps are always counted. The user does not lose steps, only credited hours that received 250 steps.
This is not something your fellow Fitbit users in the community will be able to help with.
I can say that every morning you can set the active hours for the day, but as you found out it will also change the hours displayed active in your history without affecting any badges. This is because the days displayed are based on the current settings and not set for individual days.
