I received a versa for christmas and still have not been able to get it to sync and work. I try to sync it and it says my username and password is already in use I had another fitbit in the past so not sure why I cant set up new one.... ????

Hi @Tlb379 It sounds az if you are trying to set up a new account using the same username and password you used previously, when you need to LOG IN to your existing account. Make sure you are going to the log in page, not the set an account up page. Please come back here ifbthis doesnt help.
