Versa. Lost purchased face

Purchased  pink flowery face to go with pink band. Flowers have disappeared and in its place is the clock face making FITBIT an expensive watch! Step counter doesn't work either.... but heart rate does!

Versa won't track steps. Gives heart rate and when 250 steps done . Purchased 'flowery" screen disappears too.  Now only clock face shows

Hi @Akka08 you need to contact the seller of the clock face that you had, as this is not to do with Fitbit. 

As far as the step count goes, try restarting the Versa several times and see ifbthat gets it counting. Please come back herd if you continue to have problems.

Thanks Helen... at least I know how to restart my Fitbit now which I have done several times. Thank you for that link. Sadly still no step counter after the restarts and clock remains.... nice clock that it is with a second hand as well,  but I'd prefer the return of my pink flowers.

is it syncing a step count to the app?  Is the step count just not on the clock face? Or is there no step counter in the Today section (swipe up)? or does it say 0 steps in the screen?
