The last couple of days the bluetooth on my versa keeps turning off.  Tried unpairing, restarting, deleting and adding a new device.  Still turns off after a couple of minutes?

It would help if you could you tell us the exact Fitbit problem symptoms, besides your bluetooth diagnosis.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the reply,

That is the only problem with my versa.  I pair it with my phone leaving bluetooth switched on, on the versa. Then it switches itself to off, which then makes it disconnect with my phone.  My phone us a Samsung s7 edge, so it's compatable.  I've had the watch a while with no problems and all of a sudden this week it disconnects itself. All my other bluetooth devices, car, earphones, tablets ect are still working fine, so I know it's not the phone that forces the disconnection. 

All my settings on the app are the same as they've always been too.

Hopefully somebody else can help you with this.

 

But, for me, you must be having some fitbit symptoms to get you worrying about bluetooth.  I would need to know what your fitbit problem symptoms are, without already having aleady attributed them to bluetooth problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
