My Versa has an error message

Hello @Fitmarlene and welcome to Fitbit community,

It means that this specific app requires internet permission that is not granted.

On your smartphone Fitbit app go to your apps section under your Versa option, select All apps, then the app that gives you the error, permissions and finally set the internet option on.

I already had that type of access. This problem has been resolved with help desk personnel. It was a matter of the clock face. Apparently the one I chose and paid for expired. So I chose another one and now all is well. Thank you
