My husband bought me the versa for our anniversary. I've had it less than 24 hours and it quit working all together. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
I've read where people to say to do a reset on it by placing on charger and holding the buttons down. Cant even reach buttons while it's on the charger.
Suggestions? I"m very disappointed in my new toy so far. I had a charge that while basic was reliable.

Hi @kherwick To restart a Versa you do not need to be in the charger. Hold the left and bottom right buttons in untill the logo aggears (15 seconds or so) and repeat it several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

Roughly how many times is "several"? That did nothing after probably 10-15 attempts.
