Hello @Byers are you receiving any notifications? 

If your not receiving any notifications then let's hold in the left button to go to the quick settings an see if notifications are turned on. 

If you receive some notifications then the phone is not sending the phone calls and we will need to know more about the phone, and maybe which dialer app.

Yes I am Fitbit illiterate I didn't have notifications on thank you so much.
