Versa not syncing

Why does my charge 2 sync(slow but syncs) and my new versa does not?

Going to return the versa and try a different tracker/smart watch.Do not know what else to do.

Very dissatisfied with this.

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
