Since the update I am unable to change the colour of the second hand on my clock face. I go into my profile like suggested and no clock face comes up. Anyone know anything about this?

Hi @Kohunga , try this: close your Fitbit app - restart your phone and Versa - restart Fitbit app again and sync it with your Versa and probably your problem is solved. Worked for me! Regards kuzibri.
BTW, whenever you customize yout installed CF, be sure your Versa is within BT range of your phone, otherwise all customizations will not be accepted and the installed CF stays at his default options.

Since there are over a thousand watch faces for the Versa, it may be helpful to know which face is being asked about. If the problem is with trying to change a setting.
Your problem is in the navagation of the screens in the Fitbit App and not the Versa.
Your clock settings will be found under the apps Account / Versa / Clock Faces / My Versa.. This is for Android. IOS may be different.
