Exactly what do you mean by 'turning back on'?

Did you somehow turn it off, and how?

Have you tried putting it on charger?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

thank you for your response! i finally got it turned back on
i had to hold all 3 buttons down at the same time
