My versa has a black screen. It is fully charged, shows the fitbit logo and did a couple times show message this morning. The logo flashes on and off. My app said it synced today but nothing I have do e has shown up on my phone app. It will not let me reset with pushing buttons either. I updated it last night but nothing really changed. Any suggestions before I buy a new one

Beth, Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. I'm not sure your "pushing buttons" was a real restart.
