My heart rate sensor is not working. I just noticed it today but it isn’t tracking my heart rate or sleep. I have tried restarting my Fitbit, resetting my Fitbit to factory settings, cleaning the sensors, making sure the heart rate tracking is on but nothing is working. This watch isn’t even a year old yet.

Go into Settings and make sure you don't have 'Heart Rate' turned off.

Double check both “settings” areas. One is if you swipe up with a list of items with checkboxes. The other is the gear icon if you swipe left on the screen 3 times from the clock face. My Versa 2 heart rate hasn’t been working for ages and I finally figured out that it was turned off in the gear settings. Just turned it back on there and it’s working again. I was really ready to give up on this thing so I understand the frustration. Hope that possibly helps. Def double check that it’s on in both spots

@Sbethc To maybe help clarify a bit (and hopefully not confuse), when you scroll down (swipe up) from clock face all the way to Settings, that affects only what is displayed in the Today section, scrolling down from clock face. That has no effect in heart rate actually being measured.
That is completely different than the 'Settings' app that you get to by horizontal scrolling from clock face. It is perhaps unfortunate that both are called 'Settings'. The 'Settings' in with other apps does turn on or off heart rate actually getting measured and used for other calculations.
