Versa2 UPDATE

The Versa 2 update is a mess.   They took something that worked well, and  completely messed it up.       It seems to me it is all a plan to get us to subscribe to the Premium.   I will not purchase another Fitbit if they don’t fix the update mess.   Very frustrated trying to track my walk today

I totally agree, why try & fix something that doesn’t need fixing?! It was fine as it was!

I totally agree!  Ugh. I don’t even have a clock face and it’s not tracking my steps. I also can’t restart because my screen is black!

The Versa 2 wasn't updated. Only the app was updated.

Why did they increase the font and icon sizes so much. Now we see less info on screen and have to keep scrolling to find items.
i think i saw one improvement, it looks like zone minutes are updated more often instead of waiting for the app to sync. Please keep that, but go back to the old font and icon size. Or let us roll back to the old app. Thanks

Agree.. and I can't even get the TIME to be correct.. it feel back an hour this morning and I cannot fix it no matter what I try.  It's not even a watch anymore

Update is a total disaster. Time to drop the Premium subscription. Why pay for something that doesn't work?
