Fitbit Versa 3 stuck in a loop

Hi, my fairly new device is currently stuff in a loop. It will load to the logo, vibrate and switch off, it's been doing this in a loop for several hours now. I've tried the long hold and press reset but that hasn't worked, in fact when I try that it turns of with white line flashing across the bottom screen before reloading into the same cycle of booting and rebooting. Any tips? Should I leave it to wear out the battery and try again? Is it just stuck in a boot loop? Any help at all would be appreciated.

This ecactly is happening to my versa 3 too... but its been 2 weeks and can't get it back to work. I tried almost everything including draining battery to zero and trying to turn it off... but nothing is working. Btw it is not flashing the green light on thr back as well... if anyone can please help me too... thanks
