Just woke up to new Fitbit screen.WHY? Why have you taken away all the colour and changed it into a monotonously boring screen display. Why did you need to change it at all? Again, somebody was bored in the office and decided to mess with an already happy customer based App. Thanks Fitbit/Google. I'll now use my Amazon smart watch which is cheaper, has more functions and I was going to upgrade to the Versa 4 or 5 at Christmas but I won't bother now. You've lost me as a customer.

I agree one hundred percent. I can’t even figure out how to sent my daily stats to my friend . It’s awful now .

It ruined the firbit experience for me. Somehow my heart rate shows in big numbers and my steps are way down in the screen. I cant figure out how to change it back

I contacted customer support to see how to get my steps back on top and they said I cant! Ugg, what a mistake on the part of fitbit to ruin the customer experience.

I agree. I am so disappointed I didn’t get a choice in this new background. It’s not my style at all. It’s blah. I love color.

Have you tried going into settings, swiping left until you see the one that you want to concentrate on ie steps in your case. Ticking the box top left then exiting. It worked for me on my Versa 3.

Disappointed to hear I can't get my steps back on top. Thanks for saving me a wasted call to Customer Service. Maybe I'll consider the Amazon or Apple watch.

I dislike the new format! They just threw it in us, no warning! It’s ugly and impersonal. No color. Like every other change in life, I will get used to it. But I don’t like it!

I was able to rearrange my Fitbit Metrics for my Versa 2 Fitbit Watch. I brought up the App and was clicked on the pencil image just to the right of Today. Then I scrolled to the left until I found the Custom preset option. I clicked on the pencil on the upper left which gave me options for Metric#1, Metric#2, etc. Then I saved it and voila, my steps were back on top and my preferred metrics were listed. I hope this helps.

I got to where you instructed but couldn’t choose metric options. I believe I’m stuck with new design. Just to mention, whenever there’s a new incoming boss of things they feel they need to make changes just to show they’re worth the hire. They should first listen to the people working for them before changing to something else. Sometimes change is not a good thing. It was good the way it was. Jmo.

Versa2 user for past 6-yrs. Probably need to get an Apple watch unless Fitbit restores option to use prior app as this “UPGRADE” fails to maintain the product quality I expect.
