I just upgraded to the Samsung S20 Ultra and what do you know? My Versa 2 that I JUST BOUGHT 5 MONTHS AGO isn't compatible... I cannot get it to sync or do anything for that matter. I am so disappointed that the S20 Ultra has been out for almost a year and Fitbit has done NOTHING to make the watch compatible with this phone. Is there a timeframe at all or did I just waste money on a watch that will never work with my phone? If the only "solution" is to upgrade watches, you can forget it because I am not doing that AGAIN!
