Versa2 back button no longer works

Is there any kind of warranty coverage if the fitbit was purchased through Amazon.ca? 

I purchased the device in December 2019 and within 6 months, the back button no longer works. I am not comfortable doing a hard reset as the only way to move forward after the restart is to navigate through using the back button. 

Any help with warranty info is appreciated!

Hi @Lambofit  I'm not sure, but the USA number might work for Canada.  Reach out to customer support.
