My Versa2 is 13 months old (purchased Oct 2022). I have worn in constantly since then, it is regularly charged and all updates are performed. It syncs with an Apple12, again kept fully updated.
3 days ago, I put it on to charge and at about the same time, I transferred to FitBit on Google. In the morning, when I put the Versa2 on my wrist, it wouldn’t start, no matter how many times I pressed the button. When I held the button in, it would display the FitBit logo and then there would be a small flash and it would turn off. I continued to wear the watch and after about 3-4 hours, it wouldn’t even display the logo, and it was totally dead. I put it on to charge again (usually I get 5 days out of a charge) and when it was charged up, I was able to turn it in, sync with my phone. But then the next morning, it all happened again. And last night when I put it in to charge, it wouldn’t even show any charge happening. I was prepared to pay this much as I thought I was getting a good product, given that my previous FitBit lasted more than 4 years. Hopefully the device hasn’t died!
Can anyone offer any suggestions on what I could/should try?

I just got off chat with Fitbit. The say sit tight and wait for an app update by the 23rd Nov. Pretty lame if you ask me. I have had the problem for the past three nights that the sync stops working. Previous two nights I got it going by reinstalling the app, restarting the versa2, restarting the phone, and restarting the bluetooth. Not sure in which order. But today it is just broken according to the Chat person, Jose. And all I can do is wait.
