Versa2 not found by phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an Oppo Reno 7 and a Versa 2. These have worked together brilliantly but 3 days ago the Fitbit app wouldn't syn with my watch

I've tried everything suggested, with the lady thing being removing the device from my account and reloading it. Now it can't be found to reconnect with my phone!

Any other suggestions other than smashing with a hammer and getting a different brand?????

Hello @Koshka17

I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Versa product help forum. Hopefully, someone here who has experience with the Versa device will be able to help you.

Hi @Koshka17 - did you also remove the Versa 2 Bluetooth entry from the phone? If not try doing that and then.

Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone and watch.

Make sure there are no other devices with Bluetooth turned on in the vicinity, or any other watches.

On the phone do a Bluetooth scan and see if the watch is found again, and if so run the set-up again in the Fitbit App.

If after removing the watch from Bluetooth and doing a scan it is not found the watch may indeed have a fault (or the phone). So try a scan with another phone.

There remains the option to factory reset the watch as the very last resort, because that may fail and might not have been necessary.
