Fitbit help were unable to solve the fact that when I initially set up my new Versa 2 with my Huawei Mate 20 everything worked fine including the notifications I chosen reaching my Versa 2 . But within hours all the notifications stoped on my Versa 2 . Fitbit help just kept sending troubleshooting that was already available and were unable to solve the problem. In desperation I downloaded a Sync Fix for Huawei/ Honor from Google Play. Their temporary fix didn’t work but by following their permanent fix I am now getting all my notifications all the time. Somehow this app has fixed it! I’m so happy.

@GForce It's because your phone OS is killing off Fitbit processes. The app you downloaded re-enables them automatically. Thx for posting tho! 😄

So why could Fitbit not have told me this!!! Even my IT applied architect did not immediately consider it. And those on the community with the same phone and problem had not received any answers! So this hopefully will help someone.

@GForce I think it depends on the size of the apps. clockfaces and songs that you load onto your fitbit. It obviously has a limited storage which probably is listed in the specs and/or manual. There's no such thing as unlimited storage.
