@annkay You should not be pairing from within Paired Devices list in your phone settings. Please open fitbit app and try to sync. The app will do the pairing and ask you to link your Fitbit.
Best AnswerThe app couldn't load the wifi settings for some reason, even after restarting my watch, log out and back into the app. That's when I've decided to check if I could see my watch through the bluetooth setting on my phone. It was there but would not pair. It's now fixed after restarting my phone.
Best AnswerI had similar problem. Versa2 was not syncing properly and its clock time setting ran behind by 17 mins. Tried turning auto time zone off, then change time zone then change back and nothing worked. Noticed it was also not syncing correctly on steps. After reviewing this board forever followed another user's experience and unpaired the device from my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and then paired my Versa as a new device and that fixed it. Fortunately I did not lose any data but just in case I had done a date export at the website on my PC. This is VERY FRUSTRATING Fitbit!!
Best AnswerIt sounds like you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account.
Many times simply removing the tracker from the phone is enough to fix a sync issue.
