Versa2 notification

Hi,

 

I have a new Versa 2 watch. I am not getting any notification on my android phone ( Redmi Note 7 pro).while testing the Test call, it works but after that there is no message or call notification. I tried using whatsapp,outlook etc but have a hard luck.any help in this regard will be really appreciated. The error message I received on the notification option is Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your phone.
