I've had this Versa2 since February with almost 2 million steps on it as of now. Came in from a walk and the screen will glow white with lines through it. Was finally able to get it to restart but the screen is still corrupted. Could someone get this escalated to support on this?? If not I can make the call to support but wanted to go this route first.
EDIT: RESOLVED: Called Fitbit support and after a troubleshooting process the watch will be replaced with a new kit after I ship back the current watch along with the charger and whatever else came with it.

Facing the same problem, trying very hard to contact local Fitbit support, no respond. I am in Singapore.
