My versa 2 is 4 after 4 days will not sync with my phone. I have done the restart process now the device will not turn back on. when i press the power button i get a red(X) on the screen "Data not cleared sync and try again" But i cant restart my device. I would appreciate an advice on resolving this issue

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
