Versa2 with iPhone app unable to download SPO2 clockface

  • Two calls to support with no resolution. SPO2 app "not available." Everything reinstalled, updated, etc. 
  • Hope someone can help. The last agent told me that the clockface is not for the Versa2. Nonsense, since I have it on another Versa2.
  • Thanks for guidance!
