Versa2 won't turn on

I received my Versa2 yesterday and can't get it to turn on. I charged it overnight, and all I can see on the face is the Fitbit logo and battery icon.

Have you setup the Versa 2 yet? Since you see the Fitbit logo you are telling me that your tracker is turned on?

I set it up, but only saw the logo (no watch face) Then it just started working 20 minutes ago, so I'm good. Thanks!
