I have restarted the phone and my Fitbit and my sleep data does not appear. Every since I made an account for my sons Fitbit my sleep data disappeared. I have deleted his account and my sleep data is still gone. I have did all that was suggested on the forums. Where can Get help for this please?

What is the "Versatile" part of it?
Explain your son's account. Does he have a separate Fitbit? If so, which model? Did you create a different account of your phone for him with a different email, or did you add him in a family account?
You say your sleep data has disappeared. Do you still have other historic data?

If you just mean that the Sleep tile is missing from phone app, 'Edit' button near top right; scroll down to 'Additional Stats'; look for Sleep tile to add back.
