My versa 2 won’t charge when put on the charger. Thought it was the charger, tried different outlets, tried a different charger. But both work and charge my wife’s.
I’ve done all of the cleaning recommendations. It has been sitting in the charger a few hours, I’ve tried restarting it many times by holding the side button but nothing is working. What else should I do?
