Following a very intense hot workout class I have gone to sync my Fitbit to find it has not recorded any activity and not recorded results. Keep experiencing issues with my versa. Very disappointing

I feel your pain. I've had two Versa's malfunction beyond fixing in the past 12 months. Fitbit sent me one replacement, that was defective, and now won't do anything for me but try to sell me new ones.

My versa (my 6th fitbit device) has been the buggiest of all. From syncing issues with newer android phones, to my screen failing, I can't recommend it 😞
Do try the app updates, sometimes they help.
