I bought a Versa last spring, it malfunctioned after a few months, like four or five. Fitbit sent me a replacement, now, six months later, that replacement malfunctioned. The screen turned white and restarting hasn't helped. Fitbit tells me that I'm out of luck, buy hey, here's a code to get 25% off a new one and what a great opportunity to explore a new Fitbit product!

What a joke and a disappointment from a former Fitbit fan. Now typing in 'Garmin' into my search engine. Proceed with caution fit bitters!

My screen turned white today, unfortunately for me on month 14.  Why would I want 25% off another buggy device? The screen problems are a KNOWN issue. They should be covered indefinitely until they manage to fix the problem.

Yes, it seems easy to fix. Shocking that they refuse to do so.
