Hi guys! So this is the second time this has happened. My Fitbit is just shutting off.
The first time the battery was at ~50%. I left it to charge and it eventually came on and the battery was dead.
Today I woke up to it being off. I synced it right before bed and it had been at 67%. I tried to turn it on with no success and left it to charge for about 20 minutes. It came on but... the battery is at 80%! It absolutely was not dead then.
Given the differences in the circumstances maybe they aren’t related but I’d like to know why this is happening — especially since my warranty is about to expire if it hasn’t already (it was a Christmas gift last year.)

Hi @Tayusuki, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your Versa 2 is behaving in such way. This could be related to the power source you're using to charge your device. That said, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Please keep me posted.
