So my fitbit was fine. I put it on the charger. Fine. Took it off and all of a sudden there were lines going down the screen on the right side. It looks like its dead pixels. And its not just one or two little lines. It's very prominent.
Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

Hi @cosmicbunnii , try to restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the left button untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the button. If that procedure (internal resetting) does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support, Regards kuzibri

@cosmicbunnii, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
