Hello @Simondo76
I’m crossing my fingers hoping I can help because I’d be annoyed and frustrated if that message kept popping up on my Fitbit screen as well. It appears to be some sort of “reminder” notification. Can you try this: open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap notifications. Next look for and disable “Force Quit Reminders” then sync your Versa 3 to accept the change. As long as your Versa 3 is indeed syncing then you don’t need to be reminded.
😃 Please keep me posted and let me know if this did indeed answer your question and stopped the message appearing on your screen.

@Simondo76 I wear a Versa 3, am very familiar with the various messages than can appear on the screen, and haven't seen anything like this. I'm very concerned about the vibration you mention. You don't mention what happens if you tap to dismiss it, but I suspect it comes back. Please restart your Versa 3 by holding the button for about 10 seconds until the logo appears. Please contact Support for more help. The chat feature lets you send photos to the Support tech.
I'm sorry, but the advice offered by @SunsetRunner is unlikely to help you. For clarification, that feature is supposed to send a notification to your phone screen, nagging you to keep the Fitbit app open.

🤔 it certainly looks like a notification to remind you to keep your Fitbit App open to sync to me

@SunsetRunner I keep my app open in the background so certain apps will stay synced. I can guarantee that the path you describe sends a notification to my phone screen, not my device.
