Vibrating for alerts not working?

I've had the Versa for a year and used to love it prior to this whole iOS 13 text notification debacle. Similarly, once Fitbit/Versa updated their app, my Versa is no longer vibrating once I get an alert (Twitter, Amazon, etc.) How do I turn this option on? Prior to the Fitbit/Versa app update, the left button would allow you to toggle the notifications off/on. That feature has since been removed. So how do I get the Versa to vibrate for an alert?

Swipe left to Setting then scroll down to Vibrations and toggle the setting to something different than it is now and then do a sync.  If that doesn't work, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
