Voice cues for verse

I can’t seem to get my voice cues to work. I see the option in my settings and I can preview the voice cues but it never comes over my headphones when I’m running. Does the Fitbit app need to be open during my entire run in order to hear them??

Hello @Mcatr ,

I assume you mean you connected your earphones via BT to your Versa and you are tracking your run/walk with Versa as well.

I'm sorry but the setting you see is only for vibration feedback (cues) and not voice cues. The suggestion to have voice cues has been raised years ago but Fitbit closed it as not planned.
