Versa2 Android 10
Starting with September, numerous issues, I see same as so many globally the same.
I have done everything instructed across community, including different devices with same issues. I have sought IT help outside of fitbit, regarding wifi and Bluetooth.
Versa2 became available to sync to device, at times go under synced devices. Screen is blank, when tapping Versa2, not the setting symbol next to, "APP needed for this device " appears.
APP looked normal, just had to manual sync, I seen fitbit stopped the auto sync.
APP setup screen would find my network a) would connect briefly at longest less than 2 hours, have to manually connect in APP. B) OUT OF REACH started, no connection made. I am aware of 2.4 and 5G, already went through that, just so you know. When out away from home network Versa2 randomly would connect to a wifi signal IP address appeared on device as well. That was intermittent, completely random.
Five days now maybe 6, WIFI OFF 100% regardless. ALSO in APP WIFI Setup screen white with the loading circle continuing in the center of white screen. Will not load that page. All other aspects of APP function normal, manual sync does not work either. Also connecting to my laptop, device secure in charger, inserted by USB, no progress either. I have correct app for Windows 10 on laptop. I have repeated and repeated, hours wasted daily all options posted, clean slate, start from the beginning mindset. Some have gotten successful results, had hope eventually it would for mine as well, no luck.
Tried posting regarding issues over a week ago atleast, Fitbit bot, almost instantly, stated incorrect information regarding tech support and 3 weeks prior, last time reaching out to them. That could not be further from the truth. Globally common numerous issues with wide variety of devices as well as Android or IOS, obviously what data Fitbit has more than likely is going to be incorrect. Common Sense! To post a statement in a manner of fact, is fitbit calling me a liar. I am not, I own my mistakes, abruptly honest, openly admit if I do not know something, and follow with learning. Improve self 1st, trying to be better everyday than the day before. Applied to ALL aspects of life. That insinuation goes above and beyond unprofessional to say the least.
Fitbit, was reliable, accuracy above and beyond their competion. Whats changed to being a nightmare, I don't know. Flex2, 1st fitbit device through company health incentive they purchased for their employees through you, global company. I've purchased multiple devices since, Versa2 was perfection for me. Perfect til September. Not only thin, and athletic but healthier inside as well. My DR. Office either purchased or switched to fitbit. After I had 3 smaller heart attacks and 1 major heart attack, all in under 3 months from a septic infection due to a surgery.. I just turned 45. A picture of health,, thanks to fitbit and its motivation,, challenges etc.. I should be dead. Thats why the drs nurses majority came to fitbit. Long post to not waste either of our time with instructions that have already been done. I prefer to remedy these issues, otherwise like so many will be forced to someone else's product. Please advise.
