@Keyboom Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I've moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.

I would like you to double check that you've set the screen wake to Auto (Motion), this settings turns on your screen each time you turn your wrist. If you have on Manual, you will need to press the button to turn on the screen. Could you let me know if your Versa 2 is turning on when you press the button?

Keep me posted.

@Keyboom Thanks for getting back.

I would like you to make sure you've restarted your watch by performing the steps mentioned in this article. After this, check if your Versa 2 turns on when you turn your wrist.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

My husband’s fitbit automotion is stuck on manual. We should be able to touch and change it to auto but its not responding. We have restarted the fitbit but thats not working. Mine’s fine so it looks like an issue with his. What can he do?

Everyone, please check to make sure your Versa was not inadvertently set to Sleep Mode. From the clock face on your Versa, swipe down. You should see what looks like 2 little paddles at the top, right of the screen. Tap to view the Quick Settings. The little crescent moon is Sleep Settings. Make sure that is set to Off. Hopefully this will resolve the issues.

@Jovey A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

Just to confirm, do you mean to have checked that your watch isn't in sleep mode as mentioned here? Have you double checked that your "Screen Wake" setting is set to "Auto" instead of manual? You could confirm this by going to your watch's settings > Screen Wake > Auto(Motion)

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello, I am having the same issue with my Fitbit Versa 2. The screen will not wake up when I turn my wrist. I have tried the following;

Checking the wake settings to make sure 'Auto' is selected and not 'Manual.' I also tried it on Manual just to see, and it didn't work then either.

I reset the Versa 2 by pressing the button on the side and holding for ten seconds until the screen showed the Fitbit logo.

I checked the Sleep Mode and ensured all settings were off.

I checked the Do Not Disturb and ensured all settings were off.

I went to the about section and did a Factory Reset of the device, unpaired, and re-paired the device to my phone, installing latest updates in the process.

None of these steps have worked. Please advise.
