Hello,

I use my Versa for running and when I get back there is a map of the route that I've taken and the distance in 'Track Exercise'  I would like it to do the same thing for when I go hiking in the mountains. Is this possible please? I will always have my phone with me to access GPS. I know it's compatible with Strava. Is there something like MapMyWalk that it would be compatible with too?

Thank you.

John

Hiking works the same way. Gps by default should be on, but by pressing the setting cog in the corner you can check.

Thank you very much for your reply. I’ve pressed the cog and ‘Walk’ is an option. It is set to Auto-Recognise but it says that ‘GPS will not be turned on’ and there doesn’t seem to be an option to do so. Also, when I select ‘exercise’ on the Versa it displays an option for all the other activities that are auto recognised e.g. Run, swim, bike etc but not Walk?

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
John
