I know that if you hold on to a treadmill it won’t count your steps. I understand that completely but why won’t it log your steps while grocery shopping? I use my finger tips to push the cart. Can anyone help me with this issue. please and thank you
Push the cart with your dominant hand and wear your fitbit and swing your arm like normally with your non dominant hand. It needs motion to register steps.
