Hi,
I am located in Australia and I just bought my Fitbit Versa and I've been trying to setup my fitbit pay but the Wallet Tile is not showing on my Mobile App. I am using a Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime and it's running on Android version 6.0.1.I've tried to reinstall the Fitbit app, use a different email account, reset my Fitbit Versa to factory setting then do the setup process again from start but the Wallet Tile is still not showing on my Fitbit App. This is bit frustrating to be honest. How can we resolve my issue? Should I return the unit to JB HiFi

Hi @J-P-E Just checking - which Versa did you buy? In Australia both the Versa and the Special Edition Versa should have the NFC chip, but not the Versa Lite. I looked it up and yoir phone is not on the Supported Devices List however I doubt that would stop you seeing the Fitbit Pay tile, but as I dont have your phone I really dont know. The tile usually doesnt show when the tracker is not enabled for Fitbit Pay, so if you bought a Lite model you wont get tje tile, but you should on thenother two models. So if it ismone of them Id suggest you return it to the store and see if they can help.

I'm using Versa Standard Edition. My issue is now resolved, was able to chat with a Fitbit Support. And yes my phone is not yet supported but when we turned on the location tracker then the wallet tile came out in the mobile app.

Hi. I have the same problem. Where is the l'location tracker' ? is it in Advanced settings >> Automatic location ?
