My visa card is listed as supported in the list approved by Fitbit but it gives an error that the card is not supported. Either I get a refund for a fake product or anyone managed to get it to work.

@fatbit66 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the error message stating that your card is not supported. In order to better assist you, please provide more details about the error message. Does it appear when your Fitbit is at the POS? Did you install the Fitbit Pay in the Fitbit app? In the meantime, please check out this help article, which contains all the information about how Fitbit Pay works and how to set it up.

I am trying to configure a card in the wallet. The error is obvious that when I configure the card the FITBIT responds that the type of bank is not supported. If i go in the list provided of banks supported by FITBIT the La Caixa SPAIN is listed. I did visit La Caixa bank this morning and they have NO CLUE about FITBIT.
