Wallet not accepting cards

I am trying to set up my wallet on Fitbit versa 2 but it says it doesn’t support my cards. I have the cards already in my iPhone wallet so don’t understand why Fitbit won’t accept them. They are visa and MasterCard so big companies any help appreciated

Have you checked to see if your Bank/card issuer is supported through Fitbit pay (here). Just because Apple pay supports your bank doesn't necessarily mean Fitbit pay will, they are two completely separate payment platforms run by two different companies (Fitbit/Apple).

Thanks for the reply. I’ve checked the list you tagged and none of my banks are there. Tbh pretty poor choice from Fitbit pay only one major bank on the list the others I’ve never heard of
