Hi,
I just found out that my bank (kbc maestro) supports fitbit wallet. But when I try to instal my card I get the notifications that there is a problem with the verification of my card with my bank.
My pin code is enabled.
Not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help?

Hi, most likely the problem is on the Wallet side of Fitbit itself, e.g. you bank supports Fitbit Wallet, but it's not yet vice versa, e.f. Fitbit Wallet does not support your bank. Had the exact the same problem. I know this is not really helpful, but just an explanation.

Just trying to understand this, why does fitbit include it as a supported bank if it doesn't work?

I've been trying today, and with KBC Maestro listed as supported on the fitbit website, but I just get an error about not able to contact bank and suggesting I go to customer service (of the bank I guess, but it is unclear). Frustrating!
