Hi I was of to buy a brand new fitbit of ebay boxed I wonder I go bout warranty as no copy of receipt as a gift if anything was wrong or if got one gifted myself didn't have one

eBay is not on the list of retailers so it will not get replaced under warranty.

 

You really need to stick to the approved list of Retailers
