Are you adding clock faces, or using the option to change a stored clock face?

What version is the Versa's firmware and the Fitbit app version.

Thanks for your interest. I was trying to add several clock faces up to 5,
then interchange as desired. When I download one it just replaces the
previous one. On the watch there is no clocks app. The Fitbit app version
is 3.27 and the watch version is 38.33.1.30

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution by any chance?

@out-of-it    I don't have a Versa Lite on my account, so I am drawing from experience.  When you say you have the same problem, are you saying you don't have the Clocks app on your device?  Go to the App Gallery on your device:  Tap on profile picture > Versa Lite > Apps > toggle to all Apps > search for Clocks (by Fitbit).  This is the app that lets me switch between clock faces on my Versa 3.  The Versa Lite manual (p 21) explains this.

The issue was the slow rollout of an update. I don't remember the update
number, but once updated it has worked properly.
